1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Pushbells ("Service"), including the website, mobile application, and notification platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Pushbells is a smart alert platform that allows users to create custom alerts and receive notifications when their conditions are met. Users can create alerts by scanning QR codes or through participating websites. The Service is available as a mobile application (iOS and Android) and through our website.

3. Using the Service

The Service can be used without creating an account. A guest profile is created automatically on first use. You may optionally sign in with Google or Apple to sync your alerts across devices. By using the Service, you agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Maintain the security of your account if you choose to sign in

4. Alerts and Notifications

Pushbells monitors conditions on your behalf and sends notifications when your alert criteria are met. We strive to deliver timely and accurate notifications, however:

  • We do not guarantee real-time delivery of notifications
  • Alert accuracy depends on data provided by participating businesses
  • Alerts may expire after a period of inactivity
  • Free accounts are limited in the number of active alerts

5. Premium Subscription

5.1 Plans and Features

Pushbells offers a free tier and a premium subscription with additional features such as unlimited alerts and prioritized notifications. Pricing and features are subject to change with notice.

5.2 Billing

  • Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play
  • Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current period

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store or Google Play settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are subject to Apple or Google's refund policies.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Pushbells (Archisel Solutions) and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable access to the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pushbells shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Pushbells is not responsible for missed notifications, inaccurate alert data, or decisions made based on notifications received through the Service.

9. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the Account screen in the mobile app. Upon deletion, all your data including alerts and personal information will be permanently removed.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
